I am mainly providing bioinformatics analysis support in the Centre for Trophoblast Research groups based in different departments within the University and the Babraham Institute. Main work involved different type of sequencing data analysis, statistical suggestions, co-supervise undergraduate/graduate students, and some bioinformatics trainings both in CTR and EBI.
