Development fund logo

The Development Fund supports early career researchers (ECRs) in their professional development by providing small grants (up to £500) for training and other development activities

This scheme is currently open for applications until 17 May 2024.

We welcome applications from ECRs at the University of Cambridge or related institutions (e.g. Babraham or Sanger Institutes) for training and development activities relating to reproduction. Activities may include training courses, research visits or anything else that supports the training or professional development of the applicant (e.g. training in writing, public speaking, coding, outreach, etc.). Please note that we will only consider applications for costs associated with conference attendance in exceptional circumstances; to discuss whether this might apply in your case, please email Christina Rozeik. Applicants should be a current postgraduate student or member of staff at the University of Cambridge or its affiliated institutions.
