My research forms part of a collaborative Developmental and Reproductive Toxicology (DART) programme. Through the combination of in vitro models of development and the germline and novel sensitive in vivo reporter lines, the epigenetic changes resulting from pharmacological and environmental exposures can be assessed across one and two generations.
