I am a PhD student co-supervised by Roser Vento-Tormo and Mo Lotfollahi at the Wellcome Sanger Institute. My research focuses on developing deep learning models for single-cell omics data. Specifically, I apply these computational approaches to characterize cellular states within the human endometrium, exploring both healthy conditions and disease contexts.

My particular interest lies in understanding cellular heterogeneity within the eutopic endometrium and endometriotic lesions. Additionally, I am interested in how these cellular states can be effectively modeled and studied using in vitro systems.
