2017 – present, Specialty Group Lead for Reproductive Health and Childbirth, NIHR Clinical Research Network Eastern;

2021-present: RetroMaRs – The maternal response to sepsis, Principal Investigator, NIHR Portfolio study. A comparative, prospective, cross-sectional and longitudinal study of pregnant and non-pregnant women with sepsis: An analysis of the immune, genetic, metabolomics and cardiovascular response and a retrospective data analysis of the clinical outcomes of infection in the pregnant and non-pregnant patient

2020- present, obstetric lead in Cambridge, member of Collaborative group - RECOVERY trial in obstetric patients with COVID-19; NIHR Portfolio;

2020-present, member of The Global Platform for the Prevention of Autoimmune Diabetes (GPPAD Group), finished the set up in the region and ready to participate in INGR1D and Synt1a studies – I am a Principal Investigator for INGR1D which is the obstetric counterpart; this study is on NIHR Portfolio
