My research focuses on characterising germline mutations, which are those that occur in reproductive cells and can be passed on to future generations. Using sequencing of reproductive cells like sperm and testis I am investigating the cellular processes influencing these mutations and the selection pressures shaping them with the goal of better understanding human evolution and heritable disease.
