Cambridge Reproduction

I am doing a PhD in Law (Gonville & Caius, W.M. Tapp Studentship, John Hall PhD Studentship in Family Law), under the supervision of Professor Jens M. Scherpe and Dr. Claire Fenton-Glynn. My research focuses on the concept of parenthood and on how to regulate parent-child relations in cases of multiple parental ties. My research interests in family law include parenthood, assisted reproduction, regulation of marital and non-marital relationships, as well as same-sex couples and LGBT+ parenting. I have published on the topics of parenthood, same-sex couples, registered partnerships, and aspects of the right to family life in ECtHR case law. I am more broadly interested in family law, criminal law and comparative law.
