Cambridge Reproduction

My masters programme is a neuroscience programme (Basic and Translational Neuroscience) but I have always had a keen interest in reproductive biology and the social aspects of reproductive health. I did a lab placement in Summer 2022 which investigated the relationship between Long Covid and altered menstruation. I was also Vice President of a contraceptive research and awareness group called CERT (Contraception Education Reform Team) during my final year of my undergraduate degree.

In the future I would love to combine my interest in neuroscience and reproductive health – potentially to do with mental health impacts of periods and/or of hormonal contraception.
