Cambridge Reproduction

 

Samantha is a social anthropologist researching reproductive infrastructures and abortion politics in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Samantha researched the phenomenon of Redundant Obsolete or Trivial (ROT) data in Femtech for her masters dissertation. She graduated from the MPhil in Social Anthropology Research with Distinction (Cambridge, 2024).

Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Anthropology and Development Studies (Australian National University 2018), receiving the Richard B Davis Prize for Anthropology and a Chancellor’s Letter of Commendation. Samantha previously worked in international development at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
