About
Inviting Early Career Researchers and postgraduate students to share their work through short talks. Our goal is to create an engaging and welcoming afternoon that brings together those working across women’s health and endometrial biology, spanning disciplines, approaches, and perspectives.
Register for the ECR symposium
Whether your research sits within policy, history, sociology, biosciences, clinical research, physical sciences, or beyond, we would love to hear from you. Progress in this field depends on diverse voices and genuine interdisciplinary exchange, and we are keen to showcase the breadth of work across our community.
Our speakers:
- Louise Tilley: Constructing In Vitro Endometrial Models to Investigate Early Placentation Mechanisms of Primates
- Mazie Gatt: It takes two to implant: embryo-endometrial synchrony: an embryologist’s perspectives
- Alejandro A. Candia Henriquez: Experiences regarding menstrual cycle in professional athletes
- Caitlin Duncan: An integrated single-cell atlas of endometrial cancer
- Catherine Abercrombie: Bioengineering a multicellular endometrial model using collagen scaffolds
- Geraldine Jowett: The unqiue defence system of the womb
Beyond sharing research, this symposium is an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and spark new collaborations across the community.
We welcome everyone to join us for networking drinks and nibbles after the talks.
