I am a Master’s student visiting the lab of dr. Margherita Turco. Recent studies suggest that women with unexplained infertility may have aberrant endometrial function. During my internship, I will, therefore, be using 3D organoid cultures of the human endometrium to identify signaling pathways that are affected in the endometrium of women with unexplained infertility. More broadly, I am interested in translational research including reproductive biology, genetics and 3D cell cultures.
