My work is based on the Sanger institute at the lab of Dr Roser Vento. I am focusing on understanding the cross-talk between germ and stromal cells in the intact tissue during development. To this end, I am using advanced spatial transcriptomics and microscopy techniques to trace phenotypic changes and transcriptome dynamics of the interacting two lineages, while maintaining the spatial location of cells that will later feed my analysis in focusing on physically interacting cells.
